Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100%. All Boxer products are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. These can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE to the following address for a refund minus our restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

A one-time sizing or color exchange for the same product ordered, so long as the product meets the requirements for a return above, are free within 30 days of purchase. Just send your items back, ATTN: Exchanges, with your order details and the size or color you would prefer. If the product wanted is unavailable at the time the exchange is received, a customer service representative will reach out to facilitate the exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to the time of shipment. We cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. We typically ship orders very quickly, so if you place an order, then decide to email us cancelling the order, there's a good chance we will ship your order before we see your email. Generally speaking, if you place an order, it's shipping. If you need to cancel it BEFORE IT SHIPS, then calling is your best chance.

 

Restocking Fee

Any order returned that is not defective or damaged will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

For Apogee or Perigee belts that have been sized and/or attached to the buckle there is a 15% restocking fee.

 

Changes to Orders

Once you place your order, we cannot make modifications to the order outside of a shipping address change.

 

 

Shipping

Our policy is to ship your order as soon as possible Monday through Friday. In most cases, orders will ship same day or next day via USPS or UPS, with the exception being back in stock days or sale days. If you just placed your order, please do not call or email asking when your order will ship.

 

UPS Ground 

We offer UPS Ground shipping with tracking. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim on your behalf and either get your shipment corrected or refund your order. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, you must work with UPS for a resolution. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. 

UPS does NOT offer deliveries to P.O. Boxes, if your order is placed for shipment with UPS and lists a P.O. Box as your ship-to address, it will be placed on a hold until an updated direct address can be provided. If one is not provided after 10 days, the order will be canceled via our cancellation policy.

USPS Priority/Express

We offer USPS Priority and Express shipping with tracking. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim on your behalf and either get your shipment corrected or refund your order. The Founder's Story

"When other young boys were learning to throw a baseball from their dads, I was learning how to run a clothing business. My grandfather opened his first clothing store, Edwards Store for Men, in East Chicago, Indiana in 1941.

Later, with the help of my dad, they would open three more stores.
I can still hear the sounds of the Singer sewing machines, the low hum of seamstresses custom tailoring clothing and the gentle crinkle of tissue paper as my father wrapped every single purchase with pride.

These men—my grandfather, my father—I share more with them than just common DNA and hazel eyes. They taught me to believe in American-made products and to pay attention to the details. They inspired me to love high-quality manufacturing and to never settle for a lesser stitch or a lesser raw material.
They were the original 'Honestly American.' I am simply their heir.

At the time, 95% of the clothing they sold was made in the U.S. Today, less than 2% of the clothing bought here is made here. In 2011, I started Boxer with the goal of bringing integrity and quality back to American apparel manufacturing.

I chose the tactical industry because of my love of firearms and my deep, abiding belief in the second amendment. I believe it is the bedrock of our American ideals and a right we must always fight to protect. It only makes sense that I would make Honestly American products for those who hold those same beliefs. 

For me, Boxer isn’t just a company or a good product, it’s a cause. And, just like my father, I will continue to wrap every single purchase in tissue paper with pride."
